Does anyone have any advise on exercises that will help diminish cellulite.

I am only 8 pounds away from my goal of 130 pounds, I hate the cellulite on the back of my legs and thighs. Can anyone recommend how I can get rid of this or lessen it with exercise and are there any creams that help. Thanks in advance.

    Creams don't do anything except moisturize your skin. Cellulite is fat and the only way to reduce it is to lose fat. I had it pretty bad as I carry most of my weight on my lower body. As I lost weight and did compound lifts (squats, deadlifts) it is greatly diminished. It doesn't bother me anymore.

    Heather I have been using the weight machines at the gym but I am thinking that I should switch to free weights so I will ask at the gym today if someone can show me how to properly use them, thanks for the advise.
