Wednesday's challenge
-Stay under calories: I can do this one
-15 minutes of strength training: going to have to do atleast 15 minutes during lunch at my work gym. Didn't have this planned today, but I can fit it in. I'll post back later on my success.0 -
Wednesdays Challenege seems like it should be a good one. I can do this. I sent messages to both my teammates. I'm hoping to hear back from them. Lets go Team 13! 13 is my lucky number too woo hoo!0

Hi my starting weight is 180. I completed tuesdays challenge, and wednesdays im starting right now. I got in touch with group 26, and am waiting for a reply, so we can figure out a name0

So, maybe I'm not seeing something right?!?!? But when I go to the spreadsheet, all I see are the starting weights. I don't see where the challenges are listed? Can someone point me in the right direction?
Also: Tuesday's challenge was completed, and I have sent a message to both my teammates, waiting on a reply and a consensus on the team name.
Wednesday's challenge shouldn't be too difficult to complete, but I will have to find time to do 15 min of strength training, maybe if my softball game gets cancelled tonight I will have time.... Otherwise, I can space it out through my bathroom breaks and do squats in the stall.0 -

30 minutes of exercise

Comment on your teammates profile with an encouraging message :]
Saturday:
complete two miles of any types of exercise
10 cups of water
Sunday:
10 cups of water. come on, it's the day of rest, you have time for water hehe!
3. I'm still missing weigh-ins from a few people and a lot of new people. If I don't have the person's weigh in by the end of the week, they shall be deemed inactive :O and dropped from this challenge. Sounds harsh, but we can't have a bunch of inactive people. As far as replacements go, some of the new teams may have their members moved to a new team, or some other alternative that I'll figure out.I'm not trying to be rude, this is just very difficult for me with 27 teams.
4. If you havn't given me your team name by the end of the week, i'm just going to leave you as your team number
5. I'm going to have to ask ahead of time, when you weigh in at the end of the week, if you could give me your team's percentage, that would be SUPER EXCELLENT. because I have a ton of work to do. thank you guys<30 -

Wednesday
Stay under calories
15 minutes of strength training
Going to the gym & dragging my friend with me while my son (and workout buddy is out of town) - going to do Zumba for an hour & Zumba water fitness after (first time for both) If I'm not about to die then I'm gonna try and hit the weights for my 15 min of strength training - staying under calories shouldn't be a problem though
And to Everyone out there..... my motivation for joining this was to get to know a few people that might want to buddy up and be accountable to each other maybe daily or weekly - not sure my teammates are looking for the same thing - so anyone out there that is looking for that too - Please friend me! Especially if you are roughly in the same age group...anywhere from 35 - 50 - losing weight after 40 isn't quite as easy as it used to be.... Thanks!0 -
