      My husband and I always sleep naked unless we're in a hotel or at someone else's house. (No kids). We live in SoCal. I sleep with a robe nearby for when the Big One hits.

      Hate wearing clothes in bed.
      Had my nephew staying a few weeks back, he had to sleep in my bed so I had to stick on a pair of shorts etc.
      I got like 20 minutes all night.

      I sleep naked, even with my dog. I prefer it. That said, I feel like sleeping naked means you should change the sheets very often - it's sort of like using the same underwear for a few days in a row, right? Right now I change my sheets every other day anyway because my dog is always lying around here, so I sleep naked. I think it's good to feel your own body, too - it's good for confidence.

      Still working on being confident enough to walk around easily in front of people. I go to Korean bathhouses, where al the women are naked, and I always tiptoe around really gingerly, lol.
