These 10 pounds are rough, I lose one, then I gain one - then I plateau. This has been going on for at least 6 months. I need accountability to focus, and then maintaining is the mission!

I lost 20 pounds in one month then I started losing maybe a pound a week. It's tough but you can do it! Stay strong! I still have another 10 pounds I want to lose so you can sign me up0

I cannot seem to get the scale to budge!!! It's been months..

I just started a new circuit weight routine 2 weeks ago. I work out for at least a hour a day, 6 days a week, and I've lost a pants size and 2" on my waist. Nothing was changing when I was doing cardio everyday these past few months, so to see some progress with resistance toning was encouraging.
I just can't figure out why I'm getting smaller, and the scale is stuck!!haha
I'm happiest around a toned 143 lbs.
I was thinking about going down to 1200 calories a day to see if that's it0 -
@Btinghutch you're probably gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. Hang in there! You'll reach your goal.0

I'm in! I've been struggling with these 10 pounds too! Trying south beach for the first time, and am almost done with phase 1. I've lost 3 pounds, but I cannot keep going without fruit! I've been working out 4-5 days a week. Definitely need some accountability to stay on track.0

I'm in! Exactly what I want. I've struggled to get to my goal ideal weight of 130 lbs since my son was born. My main focus is entire torso area
I'm 5'6, athletic shape. right now My body fat percentage is approx 27% and I really want to get bikini ready. I'm back on here since over a year ago post pregnancy. it is nice to see that I am at least 15lbs lighter. My biggest goal is to drink tons of water every day, my skin transforms when I do.0 -
