Week 1 Day 1 Column 1 managed just fine today doing real push ups but only managed 4 in the final set. I know I could do more doing girl push ups but then its not so much of a chalenge. I've also done 30 mins on the Wii and I'm now off to do 30DS if I dont collapse0

My arms were sore yesterday from the first round, but felt good today0 -
Week1, Day2 (Level1) done
Managed 9 (and a half) full push ups at the end

I'm on a half vacation this week and forgot to post on Monday. I did week 1, day 1, on Monday - level 3 but girlie style. I have not done my pushups for today yet, I'll get to those this afternoon. I took a couple of measurments of my upper arms (holding out to side so all the fat hangs down - lovely), waist, and my chest. I am going to try not to measure again until the end of the program in 6 weeks.
Day 1:
Arm = 14"
Chest = 38"
Waist = 34.5" (not sure if girl style pushups will widdle this down, but we will see!)
Total reps = 45 + extra 4
Difficulty scale of 1 to 5, 5 being most difficult = 30 -
I have a gentle ache (a bit like a hum, if that makes sense) in my upper arms, back and top abs. I guess that means it's working! I look forward to my next go tomorrow.0

I'm calculating girly pushups! I did 5 brag worthy pushups and 12 cute girly ones perfectly before starting to slack so I am going to use that number.0

Week 1 complete. onto week 2! i maxed out at 8-9 pushups, unsure if that last wobbly one counted lol.0

Week1, Day 3 done, managed 10 at the end!!! OMG, I couldnt do one a coupla weeks ago.
Have to work on my form though, getting down lower etc0 -
Yesterday week 1, day 2 went up to 14 from 11.5.
Dh went from 25 to 350 -
Week one, day three... Got up to 20! Hmm... 11.5, 14, 20... Can't wait to see where I get to next week!

Week 2, day 2, level 1 done. maxed out at 12. my arms remain in a constant mild soreness, but for the first time the first 5 pushups seemed easy:bigsmile:
congrats oshii on the inch. No inch loss here yet, but i swear i can already see more definition in my arm muscles.....0 -

I did week 2 day 1 level 3 on Sunday, but totally forgot to do day 2 yesterday. I am going to do them tonight, then go to Friday, and so on. Oops! I did 63 total on Sunday, MAN style! I cannot do girlie style anymore because I have been doing them in shorts on my carpet in the family room and it was wearing the skin off my knees. By the time I realized it, it was too late to do anything other than give them a break. So, I can only go down halfway doing them the hard way, but it is still giving me a good upper body workout!0

somehow i forgot to skip tuesday :laugh: so i'm a bit ahead this week. completed week 2, day 3 level 1. max went down a tad to 10.
It looks like an exhaustion test is next again, with at least 16 in a row to go on to week 3......we'll see....0 -

I am a few days late but I would like to join! I have tried a couple of times but never kept it up. This might give me the motivation to continue. I managed to push out 14 on my initial test!0

Well i decided to take the exhaustion test tonight as i didn't have time for my regular workout. !yes! i got to 16, the minimum to go on.... but i think the last 4 were on pure adrenline or just pure desire to make 16. my arms hurt!. my body seems to want to conk out at 12. i'm going to try week 3 level 1 anyway.
@gem - i noticed i'm doing the pushups deeper all the time too (increasing the difficulty.) without intentionally trying. The pushups hurt more that way but i guess it's a good thing to be able to do so.0 -
