    At first it will be hard but the whole point is to be able to go 2 minutes straight by sunday weigh in because you are strengthening your core.

    Ok so the plank is doing a little bit of a toll on my elbows. I will be doing them on a different surface now. Cause after todays my elsows are all red and raw.

    This ab up / plank challenge looks hard.
    I will have to try it tomorrow since I just found this tonight.
    I have been trying to do more ab work this week and strengthening so this should help.

    I love this challenge. I missed the challenge the 1st day but I tryed it yesterday. I didnt make the 2 mins straight, I did 4 sets of 30 mins with a 34lb 3 yr old on my back. Hopefully by sunday I can do the 2 mins straight

    i forgot the challenege yesterday so im doing double time today...2 min in the beginning of my workour & 2 min at the end. hopefully i make it haha

    I was out of town this weekend and forgot about the challenge, so I will add my weight now. On Sunday I weighed about 192. I weight almost every day on the Wii. I went to the doctor yesterday and weighed 190.2.

    I confess that I did not do the challenge at all yesterday :frown: In my defense though, I felt crappy all day and found out that I have the beginning of pneumonia :grumble: But I promise I will do better today!

    OMG!!!! I could only do those plank things for like 15 seconds at a time. I did it for a whole minute but only in 15 sec intervals. I love em. I am gonna add them to my workout routine!!! Thanks for the challenge.

    I'm actually SUPER EXCITED! I peeked a look at the scale a couple times this week, and everything looks good for a loss... as long as I don't blow it today!
