Magnesium, and Silica Complex Supplements have curbed my junk food cravings.

Isn't that so amazing? I don't crave sugar, chocolate or fatty foods.

    Well the chocolate makes perfect sense. People who are magnesium deficient often crave chocolate.

    I've also heard that people who deficient in calcium crave salt and oily foods.

    Then I'm likely calcium deficient. Because I crave salt constantly.

    Yes but there is such thing as too much supplements, so that is something to be aware of. Off setting your electrolyte balance can be very dangerous (possibly deadly).

    I only take one magnesium supplement a day and one silicia complex.
