I'm still VERY sore from my workout on Tuesday and I'm teaching again tonight. I have been drinking water like crazy but is there anything else I can do or take to help ease the pain from my muscles? I was thinking some over the counter pain relief. Any suggestions will be helpful....Thanks in advance

Deep tissue massage to break up the muscel adhesions and then lots of water to flush them out of your system.0

Get a tennis ball and really work those areas. Can also use a rolling pin.0

I like arnica cream for a rub on sore muscles. There's also a homeopathic arnica pill you can take. Do you have a natural foods coop or a Whole Foods store where you live? You can find arnica there.....its pretty mainstream these days, maybe your Wal-Mart would even have it.
take care!0 -
A little ibuprofen will take the edge off. Sometimes your body needs a break so don't overwork yourself.0
