    Franks red hot, and mustard :) Also black pepper and garlic salt. Use them in just about everything I cook. My husband uses a LOT of seasoning salt.

    Salt and pepper are a must. I LOVE Penzey's Spices and they have a premixed seasoning called Arizona Dreaming that is AMAZING. A lot of the spices have low-sodium options too, so if you are new to cooking and want to add more flavor to your dishes, some of those mixes are good places to start!

    But seriously, you would be amazed how good things taste with just the right amount of salt and pepper.
