Ah...during my bulk I would have about 120g of popcorn kernels per night....Still fine while cutting, sure. If it fits.0
-
Sure. I eat popcorn frequently.0

I adore popcorn. It's my go-to volume food when I'm right in meet prep.0

I put nutritional yeast on mine. 30-60 calories and a few grams of protein. Taste like doritos.

Smart pop kettle corn:)0

Air popped. If you are feeling like treating yourself add butter and parm. Otherwise plain is great.0

those kernel seasonings are not to bad on calories.. we have the nacho cheese, white cheddar, garlic parm, and kettle corn. We have a movie theater standing popcorn maker.. we love popcorn clearly haha.0

One of my most pleasant surprises from joining MFP and logging is that I can still eat popcorn. Not only is one serving of my as-much-fat-as-i-want popcorn only 210 calories, but it fills me up way better than a lot of other healthy foods that have as many calories. One tablespoon of grapeseed oil, with salt to taste and a little cayenne. 35 grams of uncooked popcorn. Yum.0

Skinny Pop 100 calorie pop corn every night for me!!0

Um, what does this have to do with weight lifting?
Try pre-logging a day, and see if you have room for your popcorn. You can try the cheesy and plain and see which works better.0 -

I pop the kernels and then spray with a little Pam and sprinkle kernel seasons cheddar flavor on it. Voila, cheese popcorn. There are 4 cheese flavors.

I love old fashioned popcorn oil popped with nutritional yeast and Mrs Dash instead of a lot of salt. Sometimes I put Himalayan pink salt on it. Even though I try to eat low carb some days...this is my all time favorite snack. Red popcorn is the best! and white is my second favorite.0

One of those little 100g bags of microwave popcorn is over 400 calories. Very yummy but not particularly calorie friendly.0

Love plain popcorn but for an evening snack I would rather use any spare calories on a banana or chilled soya dessert instead.0

I'd never heard of that. That's a good idea. Thanks.0 -
I like air-popped popcorn with Tapatio hot sauce drizzled on it. Don't need salt or anything else on it with that. Makes it a bit tangy and oh so yummy!0

I had popcorn last night, great snack!0

How much popcorn are you lifting? Are there special popcorn kettle bells?0

I use a hot sauce too, La Morena chipotle sauce. The nutritional yeast sticks to it and it's like spicy Doritos. Get some. Game changer.

Totally adore popcorn !
I air pop it sprinkle Himalayan salt and sachet of sweetener - sweet n salty popcorn great macros !0 -
I'm all about the popcorn. I have this bowl you can microwave pop plain corn in, and somehow it tastes amazing, not like bland air popping. I give it a well-done burn-like flavor. And I add old bay seasoning. YES.0

Great ideas everybody. Thanks. I always have the evening munchies.0
