    Garlic is not even an option, here. It's in everything I make, ever. It's not a "condiment" and it's not a "spice". It's a food group, people!!!

    Not a condiment or a spice but a regular food group all by itself -- PARMESAN CHEESE.
    I work it out so I can eat on it lots of things like eggs, soups, chic peas, even buttered toast.
