    I did stronglifts 5x5 which took about 45 mins this morning. Maybe 100 calories.
    Jogged 2 miles on the treadmill (just under 25 mins) this afternoon. 170 calories according to my Fitbit.

    Rest day today but I always wake up and go up and down my stairs for 20 mins. Sometimes I fall up the stairs because I'm still a sleep lol.
