    Successes/struggles this week: No more cheating and lots more exercise! I will stay on track this month to make sure I'm not barely making the weigh-ins. That was way more stress than I wanted. Also, I have a check-up May 2nd. I'd like to have lost as much weight as possible to show the doctor I'm serious about not taking medicines.

    My first big goal is to get below the 200 mark. I was 2 pounds from my goal last year when i got pregnant. I had my baby mid feb and ive gained ten pounds since. My previous start weight was 263 so at least im not back there again. Looking forward to my new weight loss journey! Anyone can add me.

    Successes/struggles this week: Just started really focusing on losing weight this last week. Tracked food all week and workouts. Ultimately hoping to get down to 145lbs. I've stopped and started many times and am hoping I can stick with it this time. I have a San Diego trip in June that I'm hoping to be ready for. Excited to join this challenge and hope it helps motivate me!!
