Im ok with thus. Due to being on my period and the fact i was having some person issues i wasnt eating much thursday and friday. Started to eat bit better again on saturday. And my period is normal again whoop.

Hiked 10+ miles carrying either 40 or 70lbs for 4 days, walked 15 kms on 2 other days and ran 10kms on the last day as it was raining (treadmill). Despite this my weight loss hasn't been great which I suspect is partly due to DOMS and partly to water retention.0 -

I was able to eat half of a medium(!) pizza and still be in losing range. When I woke this morning, I was a pound lighter! I call losing after a pizza night a success.0 -
