 Not eating after dinner is a continual struggle. But I succeeded with it this week.
 Eating too large portions is another issue but, other than salad, I did fine with that one today, too.
 Not bingeing on my chef son-in-law's food when I watch their two daughters on Thursdays is always a struggle. This week there were zero leftovers in the fridge so that wasn't something I had to deal with. Yay!
 I always take their oldest daughter out for a pastry on the way home from school and she never eats more than 3 bites of whatever yummy pastry she's chosen. I struggle not to finish it off. This week she bought a large chocolate eclair and I had a bite - it was AMAZING! - but managed to see it sitting there for another 20 minutes without indulging. OMG!0
