    There is a star next to it if you press the star it will turn yellow and show up on your groups when you go to the community page. That's how I do it on my phone

    The same thing happens to me, I was up and down between 159-163 for a month. Don't give up it will come off. I will usually tighten up my logging and water intake and then Woosh! Haha I love the Woosh. We are similar height and weight I'll be watching your progress! Best of luck

    Successes/struggles this week: Evening snacking on junk food is usually a challenge for me. I plan to have healthy snacks (carrots/celery/etc.) around so I will not be tempted by junk food.

    Im ok with thus. Due to being on my period and the fact i was having some person issues i wasnt eating much thursday and friday. Started to eat bit better again on saturday. And my period is normal again whoop.

    Happy if i lost this 1lb again this week.
