    Successes/struggles this week: I have been working at this since January 7th 2016, I have lost about 27 pounds total . When started I was doing awesome I was eating a 2000 cal diet and losing 2/3 pounds a week for the first eight weeks and then I guess I've switched my diet. I am eating less calories like days like yesterday 1300 yet I'm burning my butt with exercise and nursing my little one. My struggle I would say is eating, I guess I feel eating in and laziness got me here so not eating and exercising till I'm exhausted will get moe out. I need to start adding my protein shakes After my workout and eating my omelette in the mornings.

    Successes/struggles this week: I just started my weight loss journey last Sunday and lost about 4 pounds from taking away sugary drinks, cutting my calories significantly, and walking at least 30 minutes a day. Today (Friday), has been the hardest for me because our family went out to eat and I had my first sweet tea and probably overdid it with the food. It's hard...but I'm going to stay strong and keep going! :)

    Success/struggles: deadlines motivate me. I've signed up to run a half marathon May 8th. If I can lose weight training- I'll be healthier and perhaps Btr able to complete the run without injury or walking! April 1st I ran 7.5km very slow and sore. First outdoor run of the year!

    There is a star next to it if you press the star it will turn yellow and show up on your groups when you go to the community page. That's how I do it on my phone

    The same thing happens to me, I was up and down between 159-163 for a month. Don't give up it will come off. I will usually tighten up my logging and water intake and then Woosh! Haha I love the Woosh. We are similar height and weight I'll be watching your progress! Best of luck
