I'm comfortably under my calories for the day and am on my way to doing some strength training in a few minutes. Consider Wednesday DONE!

Can a tab be added to the spreadsheet that lists the challenges for the week? I copied and pasted them for this week, so that's not a problem, I'm just thinking future weeks might get tough as there are more and more posts to dig through to find them.0

9 cups of water- uh oh! :]
Both are completed. I did 139 minutes of exercises this morning, and I've drank 9 cups of water so far. I'm shooting for 14 for another water challenge I have this week.

13 glasses of water today.
weight training- leg lifts using grandkids as weights (30lb each), squats while holding same kids! I truly hurt!!0 -
Well, Thursday, I made it barely. It was a bad day for me at work. I really didn't want to work out, but I did it... because of you all!0

So my computer broke and I can't use it.
And I'm on my iPod and my iPod won't let me edit the spreadsheet, so icant do anything with it until I get my computer fixed so sorry guys.

Been trying to keep up on thedaily challenges.Tues and Wed were no problem. Thursay I worked *all* day, and didn't do any official exercise, but I biked to the trainstation and I stand and walk all day while teaching.
Saturday will be tough since I will be on a flight all day, but I will try and walk around during lay overs.0
