    COMMENTS: It's official! I am now officially once again a member of the onederland club!! Whoohooo! This has been a long time coming and I swear I will never give up my membership to this club again! It's so easy to stay on track now that the scale is moving once again. I had a plateau for over a month at 205 and it almost killed me, BUT I continued to believe, track, and stay within calories because I knew that eventually my persistence would win. And it did! Now on to my next goal of 40 pounds losts (195.2!)

    Take stock of your life before moving ahead. You have been able to correct many of the things that have held you back, but there are still things to be done. You will need to address old habits and patterns of behavior that continue to keep you from reaching your weight loss goals! This work must be done honestly and internally before you can put the past behind you once and for all! Only four more weeks to go in is challenge!

    I cut out everything white - sugar, pasta, potatoes, bread and am following the Eat Right For Your Blood Type. I am a type O+. It is working for me.
