    4 hours = 240 mins , assuming mini breaks of 10 mins = 200 mins
    207 calories for 30 mins = 6.9 calories / min
    Men's health : 100 calories in 25 mins = 4 calories/min

    * 200 mins X 6.9 = 1,380 calories
    * Mens Health : 200 X 4 = 800 calories !!!!!!

    HOLY $#$$* , I wasted 3 years of my life in gym.

    Average was 5.4 minutes.
    That particular study showed 33 seconds to the longest of 44 minutes.
