    I am in. I am not sure want the "GW" and it's number mean, but I'll figure it out. 10 pounds would mean UNDER 200lbs. Phew.

    These 10 pounds are rough, I lose one, then I gain one - then I plateau. This has been going on for at least 6 months. I need accountability to focus, and then maintaining is the mission!

    Just seen this, been on a mission to loose 14lb in 7 weeks too.
    Would be interested in finding out what people are doing to try and achieve the 10lb lose by May 1st.

    Sticking to my 1200 cals and 10,000 steps/daily. At 5'2" I don't get much leeway or else I gain.

    CICO works. At 68 I have lost 45 lbs. love MFP to keep me accountable. Also I keep joining these challenges to keep it interesting.
