Dropping by to say hi (and to drop lbs!)

Hi.....After my exam yesterday with my doc, he's recommending a 1400 calorie day, for 3 months. So, I searched my apps and found "myfitnesspay". My goal is to stick with my docs goal for me. I'm going to do my best and I wish everyone else on this site the same!

    if you stick to your daily limit and exercise half an hour every other day you will lose weight - be determined and always keep focussed on your goal.
