This week I passed my mini goal of 40# lost yay me! My next mini mini goal is to get to 190 (3# away) and my next mini goal is 50# lost. The goal after that is 180 when I give myself a little prezzi for all my hard work4

Getting to 143 pounds. It's halfway through my goal, I'm 147 now. I'll get myself a massage and nice meal in restaurant when I get there3

Once I get to 165 (halfway to my healthy BMI from where I started - 186.5ish), I get the Lost Ocean colouring book. Super excited! CW - 181. 5.5 lbs lost in 3 weeks.2

Getting to 100 pounds lost. I am at 99 pounds I am break neck dedicated to drop a pound by this Thursday.4

I have my 6 week postpartum checkup in 3 weeks. I'm already down 20lbs from pre-pregnancy just by being healthy and active the last 9 months. Since I had a c-section, my exercise is limited but I'm trying to eat healthier and walk while listening to my body. From my final pregnancy weight of 291 (10lb4oz baby), I'm now sitting at 249. My goal is 245 when I go into the office in 3 weeks. With a 15 month old toddler running around and a new baby, I'm trying to be motivated and get there!5

To get under189 so I'll be out of the obese BMI category. I have a little over5 pounds to lose to get there.6

Getting into the teens again.. I started at 242 and currently sitting at 220.4. Im seeing progress as my clothes are starting to get big on me. Today I noticed that I am on the last notch on my belt... gonna have to buy a new one soon. I won't get really excited until I break 200..2

Being under/at 245 for my 31st birthday. I haven't been under 250 in 8 years!2

1) Get through Week 3 of C25K next week (I never made it passed Week 2, determined to do it this time).
2) 5lb weight loss for April. ( I am having a hard time lately staying focused to lose 5 lbs , so far so good.)2 -
I just met my last mini goal! I wanted to be under 200 lbs, fully dressed, by the time I have my next blood pressure check. I weighed in this morning at 194 and my check up is Thursday!!
