    Successes/struggles this week: Really struggled this week with food. I had two days I didn't even log because they were so bad. So I guess I should be happy with only a .6 gain. I honestly thought it would be worse. Luckily I exercised regularly the last week so I'm feeling good in that area and am working to get my eating under control. Hoping for a better week next week!

    Successes/struggles this week: Getting over a cold and watching toddlers. I was at 185/185.5 for 10 days before coming down to 184 yesterday. I'm back to 184.5, but keeping the round number. I need to find a way to increase my deficit. I also find exercise and shower take up almost all of my LO's naptime and I have so many other things I need to be doing, like taxes, during that time. Accepting the slowness of the process is hard for me.

    Successes/struggles this week: I did really well this week. Went to the gym everyday and killed it. Had a lot of end of semester celebrations so indulged a bit. Going drinking tonight so probably going to have a bit of gain tomorrow but I'm going to push extra hard this week to not let it set me back. I surpassed my goal this week by half a pound and I'm pretty stoked about it :)

    Successes/struggles this week: My successes this week were staying within my calorie goals and reaching/exceeded my exercising goals. My struggles were I was unable to reach my sleep goals at all this week and I need to increase my water intake. I drank at least eight cups of water a day, but my skin and hair are extremely dry, so I feel I need to make my minimum ten cups of water a day. I will increase my intake to twelve cups a day next week. I think getting more rest and hydrating myself a little more will increase my weight loss so that I can't reach my 2lb week goal. I am still happy with my progress this week. smile:

    It was my birthday at the start of the week. Lots of birthday meals and cake ☹ then I tore my back muscle at work, so haven't been blue to exercise.

    Successes/struggles this week: Whoosh! I think this may be more reflective of my insane work week than anything else. It was unbelievably stressful and I do not think I got more than 3 hours of sleep per night. The goal this week is to be more thoughtful about my work/life balance and not ignore my basic needs.
