Successes/struggles this week: I started a new job last week. I'm not so much eating over calories (a few times, yes) as I'm eating the wrong foods. I'm tired after work and just want food, don't care what it is, just want to eat it. I know it's all CICO, but the extra salt and grease and fat and soda certainly aren't helping anything. So, I've got my bf helping to wrangle me back in. Here's hoping for a loss next week.0 -
