    12 Week Weight Loss Challenge

    Gave birth to my son 4 months ago, have barely lost any weight so time to be a lot more focused.
    I'm going to weigh myself each friday.

    Age: 23
    Height: 5'7

    HW: 220ish (I was 42 weeks pregnant)
    GW@12weeks: Atleast 176lbs.
    UGW: 150lbs

    Week 4 gw: 198lbs

    This week has been a real struggle for me, tax time and have been so stressed. OMG! I am a stress eater. I don't even realize them I am doing it until I feel like crap. I have to get my head in the right place. Thank God it will so be over. Each day I say "Lord please help me make it through the day without a slipup." I get so tired of lose a pound, gain it back. I did make it to the gym twice this week, not the 5 I had hoped for. But I did get in my 10,000 steps each day. I don't think my first weigh in Monday will be a good one.

    Wow. Nice to see everyone working hard on their goals and have company during this journey.

    Last part of this week was a little rough. Plans changed in order to support a friend which resulted in 2 days of not working out and no access to healthy food. However, overall, it was a positive week getting back on track. House has been cleared of processed sugar. Only 1 day of stress/binge eating (so awesome).

    Last week: 3x Swim, 3x bike, 2x run, 2x strength (all short) = 4 1/2 hours working out and 44,170 steps (does not include running)

    Plan for this week: 5x swim, 3x bike, 3x run, 3x strength for 9 hours and 56,000 steps. Will be tough as I'm on travel 2 days.

    Get most of your calories before noon.
    Studies find that the more you eat in the morning, the less you'll eat in the evening. And you have more opportunities to burn off those early-day calories than you do to burn off dinner calories.

    I am starting another 12 week challenge. I lost 17lbs and reached goal of 168 in about 10 weeks and now I am resetting. I am setting a modest goal of 1lb/week with goal of being 156lbs by July 4th.
