    My husband and I went out to eat and I managed to only order 2 tofu tacos instead of a whole meat, fries, and rice plate like he did. I haven't really been exercising as much as I would like this week.

    Successes/struggles this week: I hope to get back on track as I backslide in March, mainly due to schedule but I also let my eating get a little out of hand.

    Thanks! Do you have a preferred place for your essential oils? I know my mom loves Rocky Mountain Oils because they're food-grade, but they're so expensive!
