My weigh in day is actually supposed to be tomorrow but I'm going to watch my friends band play tonight so I know I will be consuming alot of adult beverages so I decided to weigh in today success this week was getting back into p90x concentrating on core and abs and planning my meals ahead of time2 -

Struggles - Didn't actually get back onto my plan until Tuesday, had a really bad four days before that (no exercise and pigging out), which has meant I have only lost a pound. Also got a hen do tonight. Ugh the weekends are always so terrible. My aim is to lose 2 pounds next week so will have to be super good every day (apart from tonight)

Success/struggles this week: I guess my success is I lost something! Also have been walking lots and lots which I think has actually helped me lose something. My eating had been good, but I still get cravings in the evening which I have to control.
