I just got completely destroyed by my WOD, and as I'm lying, probably dying, in a puddle of my tears and sweat, I'm wondering if anyone else is miserable right along with me! f1ur8go0hn1a.jpeg

    Nothing much in terms of exercise. I'm still at work. Hill repeats tonight though. Here's what last week's looked like:

    Damn, I hate running, so good for you!!! I forget about the time difference in the States now that I moved to Italy!

    I WILL be going to a barre class in a couple hours. I'll be dead then, for sure.

    45min Les Mills Body combat class
    45min Functional Core class
    800meter Swim
    Legs are dead now, still in pain from yesterdays bodyworx class (gymstick- resistance bands attached to a pole)

    Ran two miles on the treadmill this morning and walked 30 minutes at lunch. I'm freakishly sore from my SL 5x5 yesterday but will be doing that again tomorrow morning!

    I went to work, sat through 3 meetings, and barely made it over 5k steps (I normally leave work with 10k steps), but tonight I'm trying to decide if I just stretch it out or do a little pole and then stretch it out. Yesterday, was a hard day on my arms and shoulders and my back. Tomorrow is my pole day (private lesson) and I know my PT's coming for blood.

    I got in 2 walks one 16 minutes and 2nd one 22 minutes. Hey not a lot but my minimum 5 days a week is a 30 minute walk. and it's working weight is going.
