That's what I aim for! If it isn't a reasonable change, then I would not stick to it! My rule of thumb is I only do it if I can do it the rest of my life! The weight comes off slower that way, but it is a lot easier to keep off!0 -

Thank you! I relied mainly on a better diet to lose my weight! I am tired frequently because I have a toddler, so I'm not always up for working out. I try to get in physical activity when I can, but it doesn't always happen! The most important part is what goes in your body!
