Successes/struggles this week: My whole week was a big fat struggle! I know this weight is mostly water weight but this is ridiculous! I know I can do better than this! This is me getting on the good foot. No more snacking from the table behind me at work and exercising at least 4 days a week.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: I've definitely hit a plateau. I think it's in part just a natural plateau and in part that I've not been as strict. My plan is to try to regain some strictness in my eating and if that doesn't work I'll look into changing up my exercise.0 -

Success/struggles this week: I guess my success is I lost something! Also have been walking lots and lots which I think has actually helped me lose something. My eating had been good, but I still get cravings in the evening which I have to control.
Cut down on snacking next week is my goal. I would love to hit the 180s at the end of April.

Successes/struggles this week: Success-My diet and exercise were better this week. Struggle- My overall weight loss for April is slower when compared to previous months, but that is to be expected at this point in a diet. It is very unlikely that I’ll hit my original goal for this month, but maybe I can at least lose 10lbs during this challenge..

Successes/struggles this week: success not eating everything in sight because of that time. But my struggle was I really wasn't hungry throughout the day either . struggle I gained weight at the beginning of the week and I struggled with being full but I am eating the right stuff apparently. 2 more pounds to lose this month and I am on target. Successes/struggles this week: Success is everyday people that used to ask me WHY I am doing it is now asking me HOW I am doing it. Been spending a lot of time educating several on what I have learned. Also for the last month I have been exercising outside. For the first time in a month I went to the gym completely amazed on things I was normally insanely challenged is now a breeze. It is amazing how your body strengthens!!!6 -

Successes/struggles this week: My successes this week were staying within my calorie goals and preparing more home cook meals. Another success was I increased my water intake to 10 cups. My skin and hair are extremely dry still so I will eventually get to 12 cups of water a day. My struggles were I was unable to reach my exercise goals most of the week. My progress with sleep goals was pretty much nonexistent. I still think getting more rest and hydrating myself a little more will increase my weight loss so that I can reach my 2lb week goal. I am a little more frustrated with my progress this week but at least I can shoot for increasing my exercises. I can also work on alleviating some of that stress in my life right now.
