Hi! Am I here in time for the friend-Ship?
Been logging daily for almost 2 months now, have lost around 4kgs this round. Overall I've lost about 14-15kgs. Looking to lose another 20!
23, Male, 5'11", SW:115kg, GW:75kg, CW: 98kg.

Strong lifts 5x5 after work (Squats,Bench press & bent over row) then a 1hr power walk with the pooch. I am still a new lifter but loving it...
