One month in, down 19 pounds

Strted using this app 30 days ago, and mainly nutrisystem diet plus salads, fruits, vegetables, and yogurts. The calorie tracker has really got me focused on staying within my goal amounts, and from a starting weight of 224 I'm now at 205. I'm about halfway toward my final goal and this app has been a key component -- really loving it!

    Thanks! I m ahead of where I expected to be at this point but. I've also been getting regular exercise As a soccer referee which helps .

    That's awesome!! I'm only down ten pounds but I'm obviously not being as strict as I should be.

    Wow, what a huge loss! The first month can be pretty big tho, I remember losing 20 lbs my first month but only 40 more lbs in the 5 months since...and I swear, I've only gotten better about my diet and exercise. This is hard work! Relish those easy losses but be careful about judging yourself for slowing down.

    Thanks - yes my biggest loss was in the first week, so I expect from here on out it will be a lot more gradual. But it certainly is good to be so far along in a relatively short time.

    Go at the pace that feels right for you. 10 lbs is great!
