Skinny Christmas Challege Week 1 Weigh-in (Closed Group)

            I love this challenge. I missed the challenge the 1st day but I tryed it yesterday. I didnt make the 2 mins straight, I did 4 sets of 30 mins with a 34lb 3 yr old on my back. Hopefully by sunday I can do the 2 mins straight0

            Ok so the plank is doing a little bit of a toll on my elbows. I will be doing them on a different surface now. Cause after todays my elsows are all red and raw.

            i forgot the challenege yesterday so im doing double time today...2 min in the beginning of my workour & 2 min at the end. hopefully i make it haha0

            I was out of town this weekend and forgot about the challenge, so I will add my weight now. On Sunday I weighed about 192. I weight almost every day on the Wii. I went to the doctor yesterday and weighed 190.2.0

            I confess that I did not do the challenge at all yesterday :frown: In my defense though, I felt crappy all day and found out that I have the beginning of pneumonia :grumble: But I promise I will do better today!0

            OMG!!!! I could only do those plank things for like 15 seconds at a time. I did it for a whole minute but only in 15 sec intervals. I love em. I am gonna add them to my workout routine!!! Thanks for the challenge.0

 I'm actually SUPER EXCITED! I peeked a look at the scale a couple times this week, and everything looks good for a loss... as long as I don't blow it today!0

 I am. I've been sick so haven't been doing much in the exercise department and I also have TOM so I'm sure the scale will be up a bit. Next week will be a better week for me.....I hope 0 0

            good job ladies!! i gained another 2lbs. my measurements have gone down about an ich (some more, some less) all over my body though so i think my new work out program has me gaining muscle so im going to keep everything the same for another week, but if i dont atleast maintain next week im going to have to cut a few workouts & cut my cals cause im not tryna get bulky, im just trying to get skinny! ahah

            Great job everyone!! My weight today is 192.2 - so not quite a pound down. I didn't have a great week, so I am glad to have lost at all and am totally commited to a better week coming up. 0 0
