It's been an incredibly stressful week, but I'm setting myself and my health as a priority so that I can make my 10k/day step goal.....and I'm hitting it!!!! There were as one night I still needed 328 steps it was 11:48pm so I walked the bedroom I was staying just to reach my goal. I hope this determination continues I have a long journey ahead of me.2

Steps 10187, Miles 4.87. Taking it slow and easy for a few days. My right heel is killing me thus limiting my speed and output. I managed the last few days even making my Steps count but not today.1
