    Goal Weight (May 2 ): 73.1kg - 4th May marks my 1st fitversary. And this number was my goal as it puts me into a healthy BMI.

    This weightloss feels like a fluke- wasn't expected at all so I'll be extra careful this week to make up for any surprises.

    Successes this week:
    - I was eating in range of my goal and wasn't too worried about going slightly over. Previously, going over meant failure to me. (up untill Sunday)
    - I was naturally more active, sitting down was a luxury that I earned.

    Struggles this week:
    - had 1 really tough day where I wanted to eat everything in and out of sight. I still want to use food for comfort.
    - Did not do any formal exercise.
    - I was at a wedding and realised that my down fall is MEZEs. I enjoy it far too much and the temptation of it constantly being infront of me and regularly being topped up mixed with boredom is definitely not a positive situation to be in for my weightloss.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've felt really tired this last week but my cold has finally gotten 97% better. The weather was quite a bit hotter and I felt less motivated to go outside and walk during my work breaks (there's only a certain amount of sweat I can tolerate in work clothes lol). I also had some indulgences at work lunches that I probably shouldn't have. Those hot and fresh Vietnamese eggrolls were calling my name though! :joy:

    Successes/struggles this week: Oh my where has the month gone! I've missed a week here and am confident about getting back on track. Although I gained three lbs since the last weigh-in I am not worried about getting back on track. Had a great weekend of hiking and activity. This week should be fairly easy to stay on track and keep my body moving.

    12th: I've just signed up for a monthly swimming membership, looking forward to getting started and hopefully seeing a difference in April.

    19: I managed to go swimming three times and actually enjoy it! Pleased with the 3 loss and hoping I can build on this where in the past I've not done so well.
    Still need to control my food intake better and drink more water.

    Just make sure your logging everything you eat, if you don't have a scale get one and weigh your food. Drink plenty of water. Don't give up, be patient. I'm bout 15 lbs from goal and weight loss has slowed alot but I have wooshes once a month were I will drop 3+lbs over night. Good luck!!!

    Successes/struggles this week: i had amother great week. I feel AWESOME! Only one pound from my challenge goal so I hope to beat that next week. I got a lot of steps in at work every day (over 10k) but I haven't been going to the gym. Gonna go this weekend. Hit my goal of getting under 190 :smiley:, next goal is to get to 50# lost!!!! I think I'm gonna cry when that happens.

Sadly I was the same on the scale this week but I think this has more to do with working out and building muscle.
