    I stuck with my calorie count, drank my water, even push myself to get out early for a walk.....I am happy I am almost to my goal set for this challenge. Thank you for creating it, for me it keeps me on track.

    Successes/struggles this week: Success-My diet and exercise were better this week. Struggle- My overall weight loss for April is slower when compared to previous months, but that is to be expected at this point in a diet. It is very unlikely that I’ll hit my original goal for this month, but maybe I can at least lose 10lbs during this challenge..

    Successes/struggles this week: Crap!!! The scale just keeps going up. Luckily not by much but it is still frustrating. I've been working out at least 3 times a week and working on my eating. Really struggling with food as it is all so good!! Hopefully I'll have some downward movement next week.

    Successes/struggles this week: success not eating everything in sight because of that time. But my struggle was I really wasn't hungry throughout the day either :(. struggle I gained weight at the beginning of the week and I struggled with being full but I am eating the right stuff apparently. 2 more pounds to lose this month and I am on target. Here's to next week!

    Successes/struggles this week: i had amother great week. I feel AWESOME! Only one pound from my challenge goal so I hope to beat that next week. I got a lot of steps in at work every day (over 10k) but I haven't been going to the gym. Gonna go this weekend. Hit my goal of getting under 190 :smiley:, next goal is to get to 50# lost!!!! I think I'm gonna cry when that happens.

    Successes/struggles this week: I had a great week. Worked out a lot this week and finally fit into some old jeans so I know I've lost inches. Sadly I was the same on the scale this week but I think this has more to do with working out and building muscle. Doesn't look like I'll hit my goal for the month though because I have 7 more pounds to lose this week lol!
