Whatever my trainer has blasting in his gym.
When I'm on my bike, I don't listen to music...I listen for traffic.3 -
I got tired of music (which is unbelievable really... but all day long for a few years you can tire of anything). So I've been watching or listening to inspirational or informative youtube videos: Actualized.org and PBS Idea Channel are my favorites. When the mood for music does hit me it'll be anything with a great beat.1

On to the topic at hand, I find Punk, Metal, and EDM the best for workouts because of the fast pace.1 -
