Probably. You can use the search feature as well to see. There is a happy herbivores group and some other vegan groups you can search for too but that's the most active. I don't know how to post links so sorry! I'm vegan but I try carb cycle so on low carb days I try to up my fats I know that's not exactly what you are doing tho. On my hc days I do low fats. ( I do my best as I am new to veganism and still learning!)0

I am on the High Carb Low Fat vegan diet. Last year I lost 10 pounds from doing it, but had to stop being vegan due to travel. Now I am back on the HCLF and feeling great.0

I don't know about LCHF Vegan, but I know there are several LCHF vegetarians. Here is the link to the mail ow carber forum group in MFP. It's where most of us Ketofiles hang out (vegetarian LCHF's too):

Might want to drop by and say hello. I'm sure you'll probably find a couple of Vegans there too.1 -
I consider myself high carb and mostly low fat. Also vegan.0

I am a HCLF Vegan! Lost 30 lbs. in 2 months.1

How did you do that?0

Just curious... What level of fat intake qualifies as low? I'm vegetarian and rarely exceed my fat target, but I suspect HCLF is even lower than that.0

I'm HCLF vegan as well! you should add me0

LOL. That's the low-fat.
Are you eating 10% fat? I'd bump it up to 15-20% and make sure it's all good quality overt fats like nuts, avocado, and flax/chia for omega-3. Also make sure you're eating zinc rich foods.

I'm eating 20% fats - I've always struggled with dry skin

I'm definitely high carb, but not really low-fat. (Is high-carb, moderate-fat a thing? ) Please feel free to add, if that's your cup of tea. Diary is open.1

Why low fat? Fat is fantastic for our hair, skin, nails, digestive system, and some vitamins rely on fat for solubility.
Fat isn't the enemy.....2 -

That could be a sign of low thyroid function too. It could be worth getting your TSH, freeT4 and free T3 checked.0 -
Im glad this group is here. There are so many ridiculous group on mfp promoting all meat diets, ketogenic diets, all protein diets.... It's absolutely insane.0

Ang. Protein has got to be one of the most overrated nutrients there is. Plant foods have all 20 amino acids our body needs. And our body is so efficent at storing protein and breaking that down into amino acids that we have an extra 20-50g of it stored in our body at any given time.
Nutritionfacts.org. please visit this website. Its a great resource led by Dr Michael Gregor.1 -
Does anyone know the medical term for protein deficency? It's called kwashiorkor.
Do you hear of anyone diagnosed with this disease? No? That's because you need to 1. Starve yourself or 2. Eat nothing but jello (which isn't vegan anyways) to be protein deficent.1 -

That's kind of what I do (just from personal preferences and it's how I feel best). I do about 55-60% carbohydrates, 25-30% fat.1 -
