Coffee with a tablespoon of coconut oil. I don't usually have breakfast but I was kind of hungry this morning.

My go-to options are overnight oats, Greek yogurt with a little granola, or egg white/veggie cups I've made.
My office has a cafe in it too, so sometimes I splurge and get a custom egg sandwich or healthy burrito.

Cheese stick while I brew my coffee, banana to follow with 2 Brazil nuts (for the selenium). (I've already drunk a protein shake in the morning, before exercise.)

Sometimes I'm hungry enough for a 2nd fruit, like a pear, or a protein bar.

Oats, natural yogurt, cinnamon, swap in blueberries, banana or raspberries ( and sometimes I add chia seeds and flax seeds too)

Curious to see what others take to work for breakfast. I personally go for fruit and a low fat cereal bar (the Naked ones when they're on offer!). What does everyone else have?

I had a 5 egg omelet and a brownie. Contemplating just not logging today.
