For those of you eating breakfast at your desk this morning, what are you having?

Golden Delicious apple, almonds (1/8 cup) and a light cheese stick. It's my Fruity-Nutty-Cheesy breakfast! It's also my most filling and satisfying breakfast so it's often my go-to.

Is the smoked salmon from a can or where do you get it? Do you have to cook it first?
@joobey -- The smoked salmon that I buy is in the fresh seafood section at the grocery store. It's usually in a flat package and will be thinly sliced already. Look for Smoked Salmon or Lox on the package. It's ready to eat straight from the package so you don't need to cook it.
Thanks! Bought some today0 -

Green smoothie everyday
1/3 of a medium banana
10 berries
1/4 tsp matcha powder
1tsp milled linseed
200ml soya milk
2 cups spinach
I get so specific because I'm trying to reduce my sugar intake. Eventually working towards greek yogurt instead of banana but I don't like the flavour all that much0 -
