Golden Delicious apple, almonds (1/8 cup) and a light cheese stick. It's my Fruity-Nutty-Cheesy breakfast! It's also my most filling and satisfying breakfast so it's often my go-to.

I eat breakfast at my desk every day! Today I had a yoplait light yogurt (cherry), and a pancake with 1tbs Aunt Jemima syrup and 5g margarine. And of course my morning energy drink. Total comes out to 271 calories. :)

Usually I bring a fruit or yogurt with a mini 100-calorie bagel with 1tbs light cream cheese.

Thin Bagel (120 cals) with smoked salmon and a smidgen of mayo.[/quote

Is the smoked salmon from a can or where do you get it? Do you have to cook it first?

@joobey -- The smoked salmon that I buy is in the fresh seafood section at the grocery store. It's usually in a flat package and will be thinly sliced already. Look for Smoked Salmon or Lox on the package. It's ready to eat straight from the package so you don't need to cook it.

    Thanks! Bought some today :)

Every morning I eat breakfast at my desk. Lately I've been having a toasted bagel with whipped cream cheese. Sometimes it's a protein bar and banana or yogurt and banana.

I have my usual honeydew melon, banana and special K this morning. I will be changing things up when I do my next food shop though, as I've seen some yummy ideas in this thread!

    Green smoothie everyday
    1/3 of a medium banana
    10 berries
    1/4 tsp matcha powder
    1tsp milled linseed
    200ml soya milk
    2 cups spinach

I get so specific because I'm trying to reduce my sugar intake. Eventually working towards greek yogurt instead of banana but I don't like the flavour all that much

Coffee with cream and sugar - I don't really eat breakfast. I'm generally not hungry enough until well into the morning

Today at mid-morning I had a protein shake.

Today: a slice of homemade bread with an egg and a french press pot of coffee. Maybe a few stewed prunes for some sweetness.

My go-to options are overnight oats, Greek yogurt with a little granola, or egg white/veggie cups I've made.
My office has a cafe in it too, so sometimes I splurge and get a custom egg sandwich or healthy burrito.

Cheese stick while I brew my coffee, banana to follow with 2 Brazil nuts (for the selenium). (I've already drunk a protein shake in the morning, before exercise.)

Sometimes I'm hungry enough for a 2nd fruit, like a pear, or a protein bar.

Curious to see what others take to work for breakfast. I personally go for fruit and a low fat cereal bar (the Naked ones when they're on offer!). What does everyone else have?

I had a 5 egg omelet and a brownie. Contemplating just not logging today.
