    Just checked, 45 right now. And my max is 189 (lab tested).

    @age 53, low of 37, high of 175 (lab tested).

    My resting heart rate is upper 40's. Usually around 46-50. My fitbit tells me everyday.

    According to my Garmin vivosmart which I've had for a week my average resting is 57.

    43. I asked a dr about it and he said for a distance runner in fairly good shape, that was as expected. A hard run for me gets to the 150s, maybe 162 for a hill sprint.

    He said for him, a thin but totally non athletic guy, 70ish would be normal. Over 100--generally bad.

    Do any other people seem to notice fluctuations in resting heart rate? I have a Fitbit and it will start going down to shoot back up over a few weeks. I've been from a 66 to a 75.

    I have a Fitbit Charge HR and for several months I've noticed my resting heart rate rise to about 55 during ovulation, and sink to about 49 two weeks later.

    (I'm a runner. I started running in September 2015, and since then, my average RHR has gone from 62 down to 50.)
