Successes/struggles this week: My successes this week were staying within my calorie goals, preparing more home cook meals, and exceeding my exercise goals. My struggles were as they have been this entire challenge, with my sleep goals). Overall this challenge was a successful one for me, I lost 8LBS (yes I am rounding up) and I hope everyone involved feels the same way. CONGRATULATIONS TO US!!!!!!

Successes/struggles this week: So glad I participate in the monthly challenge so I can really track the overall changes I work so hard to achieve. Otherwise, I might have been discouraged by the minimal loss. I stepped up my game this week by increasing my exercise regimen from 4 to 7 days, which has helped to increase energy throughout the day. I know from the experience of so many others that if I don't get frustrated and stick with it, I will achieve the changes I want to see.
