    Well, I almost met my goal for the month...more importantly, this month has given me the determination to keep working towards my goals!

    Successes/struggles this week: Very happy to have maintained over the last week as it included a lot of high calorie days such as a night out with classmates (uni is over until September!), a film day (popcorn!) and an all-you-can-eat buffet (friend's birthday, soooo worth it!). So I had a few highs but now back down to 144. Feeling positive for may.

    Reached my goal for the weightloss all together. I can't believe it. I'm not gonna worry about the struggles and just enjoy the moment.

    Successes/struggles this week: This was my first month since last September when I wasn't involved with an in-person weight loss competition. I previously participated in two Biggest Loser comps at work where we weighed in every Wednesday morning. I have begun to notice that it truly did keep me accountable and motivated. I'm looking forward to the next one to see how much better I can do. I know I have it in me - I think I just needed to recharge and refocus.
