    I've reached the goal I set myself a year ago. And now I just want to lose a little more to be in a comfortable weight range to accommodate for fluctuations.

    Successes/struggles this week: Family visit from across the country meant all sorts of bad food/weird choices. I walked tons of steps showing them around (at 133% of my goal there), but all the restaurant meals and sweets have throw me out of whack. Need to refocus and reset.

    I am excited about getting back on the horse again. I am a former "Lose It" app user. I lost about 45 pounds when using the app about 1 1/2 years ago. I fell off of the horse and have been struggling to get back on it. Unfortunately I have gained back all of the weight that I lost. I hope this is what it takes to get me motivated to get back on track. I was walking/running 5 miles in an hour at my best and felt great! I had tons of energy and would love to get there again!!! I for some reason can't get myself motivated to use the "Lose It" app anymore so thought that maybe changing my "motivator" would help, wish me luck!!

    I havent been really working out. Ive been losing weight since October very slowly. But I won't complain since I really haven't taken the time to work out. I just been runing around my 2 and 5yr old and i have a fitbit that makes me more aware of my movement/footsteps. Im going to start 30 Day Shred today. So hopefully that will help. ((fingers crossed)) :smile:

    Successes/struggles this week: Trying to eat more protein meals and snacks like rice cakes and salmon since chicken has became a staple. I might work out 4x a week instead of 3x a week, but we will see.
