Amazing Discovery from activity analysis

I was looking over the past 3+ months of data from my Polar V800 tracker and the Polar Flow website. I also have the Polar Balance scale, so my weight is automatically synced to the web site every time I weigh myself. So I have a graph that shows my weight changes superimposed on the graph that shows my TDEE.
Here is what I have found:
When my TDEE drops down for a day or two or three, the weight graph stabilizes or increases slightly.
When my TDEE stays high for a day or two or three, my weight drops steadily and at a faster weight.
Amazing!
