Hey guys I've been training for about a month now and I'm not seeing much. I lost 11 pounds and thought I'd see abs my now. Let me know if you guys see anything!! Thanksgj73o45wugty.png

    Your waist looks slimmer. One month is not that long...just keep putting in the work and the abs will come.

    You look slimmer overall, but a month is not a lot of time. Keep at it for 3 months, then 6, then 9, you see where i'm going. It's a marathon, not a sprint.

    To see abs you need to be around 10-12% body fat.
    You look about 16-18%

    Yes, I think so. I had a deja vu when reading the OP.

    Again, a month is not long enough to see the results you are expecting. The weight loss is a great start but it will take time to see muscle definition.

    You need to lower your body fat %.

    I've been doing this for a little over a month, as far as seeing a difference I see a little in me and you as well. But 30 days is nothing, most people will go 45 days without seeing much change, keep it up because after 365 days you'll see a massive change
