Thanks for the chart, Rach!
Operation: Ignore The Scale was an EPIC fail. Ugh. I'm now trying to find a decent body fat calculator to at least try to track progress that way.
I'm bumping up calories in the hopes that it startles my body into losing again.
I'm also sidelined due to knee issues. I should be hearing from an ortho soon to see what is wrong with my knees. In the meantime, I'm off anything that deals in legs. No squats, running, walking-for-exercise, any of it. I'm not sure if it's going to make me crazy or not, but we'll see what happens.0 -
Good work everyone.
For those that lost weight - well done!
For those that stayed the same or gained - even more well done for being accountable and keeping at it even when it's hard!
I've made a good start to week 6 by eating breakfast earlier in the day (my strategy for not binging is to eat more early on so I'm not hungry later). Now I need to add some more water. Off to fill up my water bottle.
Have a great day everyone. Oh, and thanks again Rach for the great work at keeping us all motivated.0 -
I can't believe 373 pounds have been lost already! Congratulations everyone! I've only contributed two pounds so far, but I hope to contribute a few more by the end of the ten weeks. Here's hoping!
Keep up the good work everyone!
Here's to a new week, new challenges and bettering ourselves for a lifetime of healthy living!0 -

Great Job Ladies, way to hang in there! I was a little disappointed with my loss this week, but realized that I am still averaging just over 1 lb. per week which cheered me right up. That's where I want to be!!! My goals this week:
1. Eating Cleaner
2. Exercise EVERY DAY for a minimum of 30 min.
3. And...just be proud of myself for how far I've come and that I am STILL DOING IT!!!
Have a great week everyone!0 -
Awesome job ladies!!!
Goal: Refocus!0 -
Awesome work Ladies.
Like a few us my goal is really to refocus. I wont be able to get back to the gym until next week but I am really watching what I eat and trying to get some walking in.0 -
Thank you Rach!:flowerforyou:
So sorry that I couldn't check in yesterday. I lost about 2 pounds this week, and I think it's somewhat related to the end of the period o_o
Awesome job everyone, let's keep up the great work!!0 -

-
I'm so excited that I made the highlight of the week!! I've really been working hard and it is fantastic to see "my name in lights"!!! This challenge is so motivating. All of Rach's hard work really pays off. My co-worker said Rach should be a motivator for a living!
Goals for this week - continue avoiding sugar and drink my water0 -
Good job everyone :flowerforyou:
One more pound to go till I reach 30 lost :bigsmile:0 -
Thanks Rach!
I am still up 2lbs from the start of this challenge, but I am working to get it off again! I need to keep the binging under control. I have a minor anxiety issue and my eating goes to crap (like last night and I am somehow up 8lbs this morning even though I didn't eat that much!). :noway: As I have finished with a part of a process that started all the anxiety I am hoping that they will be fewer and less frequent.
Goals for this week:
Stay on track with TurboFire plan week 3
Stay on track with eating.0
