You're going to have to guesstimate every item on that thing.

I don't eat stuff that's so hard to track. You could ask them how many ounces of chicken they put in. Just glancing at it, I'd put it down for 2 (flour or corn?) tortillas, 4TBS pesto, 4TBS cream cheese, 6 oz of chicken- and however much chesse (?). I wouldn't worry about the lettuce/tomatoes. Once in a blue moon something like this won't hurt- but if you are serious about losing weight you're not going to get far by eating untrackable stuff on a regular basis. My "guestimate" would be 500 cals. Let me know what it works out to be if you log the above ingredients. OTherwise I would just log 500 misc calories, do some extra exercise, and say a couple hail Marys.

Priorities. I never go *anywhere* w/out packing a snack. If I "have to" go out, I choose places to go that have good options & plan them out in advance. No one can "make" you eat what you don't want to. Where there is a will, there is a way. This looks like a farmer's market (?) If this somewhere you go on a regular basis, you can get their exact "recipe", log it and save it under "my meals". Then get the same thing next time.

Search for 'chicken pesto wrap' to get a rough estimation. I'd say 500-600 cals as pesto is high fat. Looks yummy!
