Not the biggest weight loss ever, but a very strict diet and lots of effort into dropping 25lbs.

I think you looked great before also, but I know it's about what makes you feel happy on the inside. You look amazing and should very proud of the hard work you've put in!

Yeah a lot people don't understand that everyone has their own goals, no matter what you may deem more attractive..

I lift weights 5 x a week and cycle 4-5 days a week 5 miles. My diet was what worked for me, not saying it's right for anyone but myself, I usually hit 2200 calories a day.

    This is what I eat when cutting fat;

    • Meal 1
    100g oats, 1 chopped Apple

    • Meal 2
    5 egg whites 1 yolks
    Turkey breast, 80g

    • Meal 3 / post workout
    1 scoop of whey

    • Meal 4
175g of chicken breast, 100g sweet potato

    • Meal 5
    175g of chicken breast
    60g mixed veg/rice

    • Meal 6
    100g oats, 1 banana

    • Meal 6
    5 egg whites 1 yolks

    • Meal 7
    170g turkey mince
Mixed peppers 30g, mixed veg 60g

Good work, bro. How long did it take to get the 25 lbs off? What was your starting weight if you don't mind me asking. Also, did you stick to a strict 2200 calorie diet the ENTIRE time or did you fluctuate at all?

It took 11 weeks, I started at 200lbs, end weight was 173lbs. I dropped the oats from 100grams to 75grams after a while, diet fluctuated from 2100-2300 calories. On a Sunday I ate one cheat meal and had something different for tea, I found that helped me keep on track with the diet.
